First, and foremost, I am grateful to have my Holy Catholic Faith and that I can practice it freely. I am grateful that we are able to attend the Traditional Latin Mass every week, that my husband is able to provide us with beautiful music there each Sunday and that my son is able to serve at the altar.
Second, I am grateful to have been Providentially led to this man, The Professor, and had the honor of him falling and staying in love with me.

Third, I am grateful for the fruits God has granted us:

Fourth, I am thankful for my parents and in-laws who have lovingly supported us while we followed paths less taken. I am grateful that my children have the opportunities to enjoy their grandparents and create life long memories with them.
Fifth, I appreciate that I have the freedom and God gives me the daily grace to guide my children in their education at home, in our family sphere.

How my heart swells with gratitude when I see the children playing with each other, hugging each other, working together and helping one another. I am grateful that they have siblings with whom they can share their childhood.

Ah, friends. We are so grateful for our beloved friends. Since moving so far away from family, we have been blessed with a wonderful "extended family" of friends.

We give thanks for the wealth of bounty the Lord provides us.

Lastly, I am grateful for our ever vigilant Guardian Angels and for all of those saints whom we so often call upon for intercession and who so constantly help us: St. John Chrysostom, St. Clare of Assisi, St. Louise de Marillac, St. Therese, St. Anthony and Our Lady.

I have read many posts on gratitude this season, but this one may be my favorite. How richly blessed you are, and what a grace it is to recognize all the many gifts God has given you!
May God always bless you. This post will leave me smiling for a good long time.
Thank you for your kind words, Alice. My children and I so appreciate the many inspirations you offer in your Cottage Blessings and Garden.
