Via Tracey Clark of Mother May I, my Nikon and I will be participating in a little "scrapbooking" project called "A Week in the Life of Us." Let me be clear, I am not a scrapbooker. Period. I do like to gather photos and even little souvenirs into scrapbooks from time to time, but just the plain old-fashioned black page books with photos affixed with photo borders and labelled simply with pen. But, I am thinking our Week in the Life collection could be put into a little Shutterfly book. I really heart Shutterfly.
Anyway, I like the idea of capturing the ordinary, the routine, the everyday in photography. A keepsake of photos that are sure to trigger lots of sensorial memories someday. So I have embarked on the project and, if I enjoy it, I could see the value in making this a semi-annual or even seasonal undertaking.
More images from this week over at my other blog: Soulful Learning.

Hey, girl! Just wanted to let you know that I've been to your site (a few times, actually). Also visited your other site. You sure do some great photography!
Love the "days in the life of" pictures idea! Might have to "borrow" it. Can't wait to meet Baby O. At the rate he's growing, he's going to be all grown up before we get to meet him!
