Alright, so the eleven o' clock bedtime is a challenge, but I have been pretty good. Smiles? Still working on this one. Trying to keep in mind the advice I read over a The Happiness Project: Act the way you want to feel. It has become a mantra, actually.
Just a few more days until I begin the February Habit for 2010; I am starting some preliminary preparations this week while really focusing on my January Habits.
More soon, I promise...but, now I have to get to bed!
